Short term Bed & Breakfast stays, we offer one or two bedroom rates: 

     One bedroom: $150 per night (single or double occupancy)

     Two bedrooms $250 per night (single or double occupancy)

     Two rollaway beds are available for an additional $10 each per night.

Short term stays include continental breakfast of fresh juices, pastry, coffee, milk. Of course, with a full kitchen at your disposal, you can also make an omelette if you like. Because we thoroughly clean the entire cottage between guests, we have a strict 2-night minimum stay.

Week-long stay special (7 days or longer):

     Only $1000 per week for the whole carriage house.

Monthly rental:

     We also offer a special monthly rate of $2500. 

     Also there is no sales tax due on a monthly rental. So you save even more.   

All rates include cable TV, local telephone, utiliites, and private off-street parking.
